For new inquiries for services my goal is to respond within a week of receiving your inquiry. I often during the year have a waiting time for starting so I can let you know an estimation of that wait time and will also try to provide alternative referrals to trusted other providers if needed. I am passionate about providing and connecting people with quality mental health services.

For current clients or returning clients my goal is to return your call within 24 hours if not sooner.

For emergency needs that cannot wait for my return call you have several options:

You always have the option to call 911 and additionally when you call can request a CIT officer to respond. CIT officers have additional mental health training.

You can go to your nearest ER.
