I see children, teens and adults in my practice. I also provide coaching, consultation and supervision to fellow therapists as well as outside groups & organizations. Occasionally I will provide trainings to outside organizations.

I see clients in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the day primarily. I often do not have immediate openings but can let you know approximate waiting times.

I am passionate about helping connect people of any age with quality mental health services. If I am not a fit due to my waiting times or I think another professional might offer more specialized services to meet your needs I am happy to provide you resource information on possible referrals.

Therapy Self Pay Rates: I provide individual and family therapy sessions at a rate of $80 per 1 hour session. I have some spots available for sliding scale options for further free reduction at rates of $60 and $45.

I do not at this time accept or process private insurance as a payment option. At this time in my practice I am in the office on a part time basis and optimize my office hours for clinical work.  Since I do not have availability to navigate private insurance claims and filings. When privately self paying, I use a payment app system that is a HIPPA compliant, secure payment system designed for therapists. It’s a digital way of storing and utilizing your preferred credit card or health saving account card for payment. Using your mobile device I will send you a link where you can set up the card you would like on file at your first visit and that will be stored and billed at the time of each service through the app.

Supervision Rates: I am a board approved supervisor in the state of Oklahoma for those seeking clinical licensure with the Social Work Board and accept a limited number of licensees for supervision. This would include licensees who are specializing in treating trauma and are interested in the connected parenting paradigm as a trauma informed approach to working with families. My self pay rate for that is $60 per supervisory session. At times I may have a group supervisory options at a rate of $30 per group session, per individual.

Coaching, Consultation or Training with groups and organizations outside of those I take on for individual supervision is at a rate of $100 per 1 hour session for small groups. For speaking or training requests I find each event is unique and those rates are determined on a case by case basis.

Tele-Health/Virtual sessions are an option in my practice, I find this option most viable for therapeutic effectiveness for those 12 years of age and up and happy to discuss those options with you.
